Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For transparency and to ensure organized registration procedures, the Al Sharqia Forum for Training & Development applies the following cancellation and refund policy:
First: 100% Refund
- A 100% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted before 31 July 2026, subject to deduction of payment gateway (online payment processing) fees.
Second: 50% Refund
- A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted before 31 August 2026, subject to deduction of payment gateway (online payment processing) fees.
After 31 August 2026
- No refunds will be issued, and registration will be considered final and non-refundable.
