Al Sharqia Forum for Development and Training

Important Notes

Speaker participation fee (paper presentation or panel discussion): 2,000 SAR, which includes an early registration fee of 800 SAR, granting access to the forum and all its activities.
Speaker participation fee in the public segment (5 minutes): 1,200 SAR, which includes an early registration fee of 800 SAR, granting access to the forum and all its activities.
Payment completion process: After the scientific committee evaluates submissions and approves selected speakers and participants, accepted applicants will be contacted to complete procedures and pay the remaining amount.

⚠️ Notice:

Submissions will be accepted starting May 15, 2026, and the final deadline for submission is August 20, 2026.
Fees do not include air tickets, accommodation, visa, or transportation costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
For transparency and to ensure organized registration procedures, the Al Sharqia Forum for Training & Development applies the following policy regarding cancellations and refund requests:

First: 100% Refund
A 100% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted before 31 July 2026, subject to deduction of payment gateway (online payment processing) fees.

Second: 50% Refund
A 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted before 31 August 2026, subject to deduction of payment gateway (online payment processing) fees.

After August 31, 2026
No refunds will be issued, and registration will be considered final and non-refundable.
